About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Senior Specialist to elevate our advertising operations. In this critical role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring flawless campaign execution and optimizing advertising performance. Your expertise will directly influence the success of strategic campaigns, building robust client relationships, and enhancing the viewer experience. What You’ll Do
- Own the day-to-day operational management of advertising campaigns within your assigned portfolio, overseeing readiness and launch while continuously monitoring pacing and identifying optimization opportunities across Direct IO, Programmatic Guaranteed, and PMP deal types.
- Collaborate seamlessly with Account Management, Sales, technical operations teams, and external vendor partners to ensure campaigns are activated accurately, deliver on objectives, and provide a superior client experience.
- Monitor key delivery metrics and campaign health, proactively identifying potential risks and escalating to internal support teams for troubleshooting and resolution.
- Analyze campaign data at a market level and provide actionable insights to local sales teams to support revenue growth and operational improvements.
- Gather and relay feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to help identify and implement workflow or process enhancements.
- Support the maintenance and updating of operational documentation, best practices, and training materials.
- Participate in the adoption and rollout of new tools, automation, and best practices, providing valuable feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure timely and accurate campaign deliverables by monitoring task queues and supporting load balancing with technical operations teams.
- Stay informed on industry trends, internal process updates, and emerging technologies to keep operations at the forefront of the market.

What You’ll Bring
Required Qualifications
- Solid experience in Ad Tech, Ad Operations, or demand management, supporting Account Management, Sales, advertising policy and quality assurance, or Product/Engineering teams.
- Strong expertise in campaign lifecycle management, including trafficking, execution, quality control, monitoring, pacing, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Direct IO, Programmatic Guaranteed, and PMP deal types.
- Proficient with advertising systems and tools such as CRM, OMS, DSPs, Ad Servers, task management, and reporting platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors, including managing vendor tasks for campaign setup, quality control, and reporting.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable business insights.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex topics to both technical and business audiences.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities.
