📍 London – Liverpool Street/Bishopsgate

🏢 Hybrid – three days per week onsite

Morgan McKinley is recruiting a Senior AdTech Insights & Strategy Analyst to join the advertising division of one of the world’s most innovative consumer technology companies.

This is an opportunity to join a global Marketing Insights and Analytics team developing advertising products across apps, news, entertainment, maps and other widely used consumer services.

Working within the EMEA team, you’ll combine AdTech research, advanced analytics and data-led storytelling to uncover commercial opportunities and help Sales and Marketing teams take them to market.

What you’ll be doing

  • Deliver actionable market insights, AdTech research and advanced analytics for Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Turn complex research and datasets into compelling Keynote presentations, executive narratives, statistics and sales talking points.
  • Partner with research and measurement providers such as Comscore, Sensor Tower and EMARKETER.
  • Identify valuable opportunities within third-party datasets and develop them into scalable commercial data products.
  • Build AI-enabled tools that analyse data, summarise content and generate go-to-market materials at scale.
  • Help move insight generation from traditional processes towards LLM-powered tools and workflows.
  • Create Tableau dashboards, analytical reports and executive-level presentations.
  • Develop models and tools for audience segmentation, benchmarking, trend analysis and competitive intelligence.
  • Partner with Field Marketing on account-based marketing initiatives and bespoke client presentations.
  • Lead analytics projects from data quality and quantitative analysis through to senior stakeholder delivery.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Field Marketing, Revenue Strategy, Data Insights and Data Engineering.
  • Maintain and improve existing insight tools, reporting and development processes.

What we’re looking for

  • Around 10 years or more of experience in AdTech research, marketing insights or advanced advertising analytics.
  • Deep knowledge of digital advertising, performance marketing, advertising platforms and the mobile-app economy.
  • Experience within an advertising platform, AdTech company, media agency, measurement provider or major digital business.
  • A strong track record of working with syndicated and custom research partners.
  • Experience turning third-party research and data into commercially valuable insights, analytical tools or scalable products.
  • Practical experience with LLMs, AI-enabled analytics or automated insight generation.
  • Strong exploratory data-analysis skills and an understanding of data warehousing, modelling and pipeline principles.
  • Experience working with Data Science and Engineering teams to translate commercial needs into analytical requirements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, project leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Outstanding written, verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to make complex findings clear and persuasive.

Experience with Tableau, Snowflake data shares and Amazon S3 would be advantageous. A postgraduate qualification in economics, statistics, applied mathematics, data science, business or a related quantitative discipline is preferred.

The ideal background

You’re likely to have worked for a leading advertising platform, global technology business, digital media agency, AdTech provider or market-measurement company.

You’ll be comfortable operating between technical and commercial teams: interrogating the data, influencing Engineering, managing external research partners and turning complex analysis into stories that help Sales teams unlock new opportunities.
