About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) with a specialist interest in frailty to join our team at Caithness General Hospital.
This is a rewarding role for a skilled practitioner who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care to older adults. You will play a key role in assessing, managing, and improving outcomes for patients living with frailty, contributing to the development of responsive, sustainable services in a remote and rural healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assessing, managing, and improving outcomes for patients living with frailty
- Contributing to the development of responsive, sustainable services
- Delivering high-quality, person-centred care to older adults
Key Requirements
- Significant experience in frailty assessment and management
- Strong commitment to improving care and outcomes for older people
- Understanding of the challenges and opportunities within remote and rural healthcare
- Knowledge of current national strategies and best practice relating to the care of older adults
- Excellent clinical, communication, and leadership skills

Job Details
This is a full-time permanent post working 36 hours per week as per service requirements.
