Senior Advisor – Deal Origination

Claygate Capital is an independent real estate capital advisory firm based in London, advising clients across the UK and European real estate markets, arranging debt and equity solutions through our extensive network of lenders, investors and capital partners.

We are seeking to appoint a Senior Advisor to support the continued development of the firm and expand our access to high-quality real estate investment and financing opportunities.

This is a senior, relationship-led advisory position for an established real estate professional with significant market experience, senior-level relationships and a strong track record in transaction origination.

Role

The Senior Advisor will play a strategic role in expanding the firm's origination capabilities, leveraging their existing network and market relationships to identify and originate high-quality real estate opportunities.

The role will include:

  • Origination of real estate financing and investment opportunities.
  • Leveraging an established network of real estate owners, developers, investors, sponsors, borrowers, and capital partners.
  • Developing senior-level relationships and identifying opportunities aligned with the firm's capabilities.
  • Working closely with the firm's senior team on the evaluation and execution of suitable transactions.
  • Contributing market insight, relationships, and strategic perspective to the continued growth of the business.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Significant experience across real estate lending, investment banking, capital markets, capital advisory, private equity, or private credit.
  • An established network of senior relationships with real estate owners, developers, investors, sponsors, borrowers, and capital partners.
  • A proven track record in originating and executing real estate transactions.

Structure

This is a senior advisory appointment with a flexible, low-time commitment structure, with compensation based on a fee-sharing arrangement.

The position is intended for an experienced market professional who can bring meaningful relationships, market access, and strategic value to the firm.
