The Opportunity
Are you passionate about working on a truly global scale? Do you want to help businesses and individuals navigate complex international tax and mobility challenges? Join our UK&I Global Mobility team as a Senior Tax Advisor and be part of a growing, high-performing practice.
In this role, you’ll work with a dynamic team advising clients on international assignments, short-term business travel, and cross-border remote work. You’ll collaborate with specialists across personal tax, employment tax, immigration, and reward services—gaining hands-on experience and building the capabilities to become a future leader in global mobility.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and grow client relationships – Act as a key contact for our corporate clients and manage relationships with their mobile employees.
- Develop your technical expertise – Prepare and review complex cross-border tax advice for corporate clients and their employees. Stay up to date with income tax and social security developments and help clients navigate changes effectively.
- Own projects and deliverables – Take end-to-end ownership of projects, overseeing junior team members and supporting their development.
- Support senior executives – Help deliver Mobility services to senior leaders, including CEOs and other executives. Manage cases, prepare for meetings, and attend client sessions alongside Partners and Directors.
- Drive innovation – Understand how emerging technologies impact global mobility and identify ways to use these tools to enhance both EY’s and our clients’ processes.
- Help grow our business – Contribute to winning new work by strengthening client relationships and supporting pursuits for new opportunities.
- Expand your global network – Work with diverse and motivated colleagues across the world to solve complex cross-border tax questions.
- Grow professionally and personally – Take advantage of opportunities such as working toward your CTA, supporting client events, or joining one of EY’s many internal networks—all designed to help you thrive.

Skills and Attributes for Success
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong tax technical knowledge, with expatriate tax advisory experience
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to ensure we deliver the right solutions for clients
- A commercial mindset and ability to understand broader business needs
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- ATT/ACA/CA/ACCA or CTA qualification (required)
