We are hiring a Senior Advisor to join our Internal Communications team based in London on a hybrid basis. You'll work alongside an established group, support our senior leaders and make an impact in bringing our strategic vision to life.
You’ll Make An Impact By
- Lead and deliver executive communications strategies for the CEO and OpCo, aligned to business priorities.
- Create compelling content and campaigns across channels including events, video and written communications.
- Develop core messaging, communication plans, Q&As and briefings for strategic initiatives and leadership events.
- Build good relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive alignment, engagement and collaboration.
- Set, monitor and report on communications outcomes and effectiveness, using insights to improve impact.
- Lead strategic communications projects from planning through execution, ensuring quality delivery, governance and stakeholder buy-in.

Your Skills And Experience
- Previous experience working within an Internal Communications role.
- Experience working within a large, corporate environment, ideally within insurance or financial services.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships, with great stakeholder management skills.
- Strategically minded, with the ability to think holistically and understand the wider business.
