Senior AE | LegalTech SaaS | VC-Backed | 170K OTE

Want to sell a product that has no real competitor, right as it launches its biggest release yet? This is a chance to get in at the start of a UK corporate push, with the product already proven and the references already signed.

About the Opportunity

We’re partnering with a profitable, VC-backed LegalTech scale-up. Our client raised fresh funding from top-tier investors in late 2024. A lawyer founded the company and built the product to fix a problem he’d lived with himself. It has been profitable since day one and spends carefully.

They’re now looking for a sharp, curious Enterprise Account Executive to join a lean 3-person UK sales team in London, focused purely on new business.

What They’re Building

Verification software for high-stakes public disclosures such as IPO prospectuses and capital markets documents. Every statement is linked to its supporting evidence, so when a regulator or claimant asks why a claim was made, the company can show the proof. Think: the audit trail behind every sentence a listed company publishes, without the manual spreadsheet checking.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You’ll Do

  • Own new-logo sales into a focused list of ~250 large UK corporates, each treated as an “account of one”
  • Run the full cycle personally: research-led outbound, discovery, demos, multi-threading, negotiation and procurement
  • Own most tier 1 accounts yourself, with marketing and a BDR/GTM strategist supporting tier 2 and 3
  • Close ~£60k deals on 4–6 month cycles, with a ~40% close rate on mature pipeline
  • Tell the “early adopters vs. the rest” story: corporates already on the platform pull further ahead with every release

Environment

  • Small, senior team with direct access to the Head of Sales, who has scaled a UK team from 2 to 20+ before
  • Quality over volume: well-researched outreach, not spray-and-pray
  • The UK is being built out as the base for new markets, so there’s real room to grow as it expands

Must-Haves

  • 5+ years in SaaS or tech sales, closing £50–100k deals on 4–6 month cycles
  • A proven full-cycle closer who can multi-thread in large organisations and hold price
  • Thoughtful, well-researched outbound
  • Progression at an early-stage company (1–2 promotions, solid tenure)

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience selling to legal, finance, regtech or compliance buyers
  • Enterprise deal experience (strong mid-market results also work)

Compensation

  • 💰 Base: £70–90K
  • 🎯 OTE: Up to £170K, with accelerators above 100% and a ramped first-year target
  • 📈 Equity, 25 days leave, £1,500 home office stipend

Why Join?

Product-market fit is settled with law firms. UK corporates are the next wave, and adoption there is still only around 10%. You’d be one of the people taking that share up, with a new agentic release to lead with, fresh law firm references coming this quarter, and a company that has never needed to burn cash to grow. If you want to build a territory instead of inheriting one, this is the moment.
