Finative UK is hiring a Senior AEM Developer on behalf of a client in the digital commerce sector. This is a contract role, fully remote, working within an established engineering team on a live Adobe Experience Manager platform.
The role:
You will design, build and maintain AEM components and templates across a high traffic commerce estate. The work covers new feature delivery, platform enhancements and ongoing optimisation, in close collaboration with architects, front end engineers and business stakeholders.

What you will be doing:
- Developing AEM components, templates, workflows and OSGi services in Java
- Working with Sling, JCR and HTL to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions
- Integrating AEM with commerce platforms, APIs and third party services
- Supporting deployments through Cloud Manager and CI/CD pipelines
- Contributing to code reviews, technical design and performance tuning
- Guiding less experienced developers where required
What we are looking for:
- [5+] years of hands on AEM development experience
- Strong Java skills and a solid understanding of Sling, OSGi and JCR
- Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service
- Exposure to commerce integrations (Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar)
- Familiarity with front end technologies (JavaScript, React or similar) is an advantage
- Adobe AEM certification is desirable
- Clear communication and confidence working with remote, distributed teams

- Duration: 3 to 12 months
- Rate: competitive
