Senior Aesthetic Practitioner
Up to £45,000 per annum + 5% sales commission
West London
Full-time | 40 hours across 4 or 5 days a week
Compass Associates is delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded and growing aesthetics clinic in West London to appoint an experienced Senior Aesthetic Practitioner.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a premium clinical environment where patient care, clinical excellence, and exceptional treatment outcomes are at the forefront of the service. You will play a key role in delivering advanced aesthetic treatments, maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and care, and supporting the continued development of the clinic.
Reporting directly to the Clinic Manager, you will work collaboratively with clinicians, therapists, and front-of-house staff to deliver a seamless, results-focused client journey.
The Role
As a Senior Aesthetic Practitioner, you will combine hands-on clinical expertise with a strong focus on patient safety, governance, and service excellence.
You will be responsible for:
Advanced Treatment Delivery
- Performing advanced aesthetic treatments including:
- Sofwave skin tightening
- UltraClear laser resurfacing
- BBL Moxi laser treatments
- Emsculpt body contouring
- Hydrafacial treatments
- Medical-grade laser hair removal and skin rejuvenation
- Customising treatment plans based on in-depth client assessments
- Adhering strictly to safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines
- Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as required

Client Consultations
- Conducting comprehensive skin and body consultations
- Educating clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and aftercare
- Building long-term client relationships through trust and results-driven care
- Obtaining informed consent and maintaining accurate clinical documentation
Clinical Excellence & Compliance
- Maintaining exceptional hygiene and infection control standards
- Ensuring correct calibration and maintenance of devices
- Staying up to date with industry advancements and best practices
- Supporting and mentoring junior therapists when required
Sales & Client Retention
- Recommending tailored treatment packages and homecare products
- Achieving individual treatment and retail KPIs
- Encouraging repeat bookings and long-term treatment plans
- Supporting overall clinic revenue growth through ethical, client-first sales
This is a high-impact position within a growing clinic environment, offering exposure to leading technologies and combination therapy protocols.

Experience Required
- Level 4 (minimum) Diploma or Degree in Aesthetics or Beauty Therapy
- 3–5+ years’ experience delivering advanced aesthetic treatments
- Proven experience with energy-based devices and medical-grade lasers
- Strong knowledge of skin physiology and laser safety
- Excellent consultation and communication skills
- Experience working with KPIs, targets, and retail sales
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Desirable (but not essential)
- CQC and Laser Safety certification
- Experience with combination therapy protocols
- Strong track record of sales performance
- Previous mentoring or leadership experience
