Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Aesthetic Therapist role based in London. The Senior Aesthetic Therapist will deliver a range of advanced aesthetic treatments using modern technologies, following clinical protocols and safety standards.

  • Conducting client consultations
  • Assessing individual needs
  • Explaining treatment options
  • Creating tailored treatment plans
  • Performing treatments
  • Monitoring client progress
  • Providing post-treatment guidance
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting training and mentoring of junior team members
  • Contributing to service improvements
  • Promoting EverySkin’s offerings through excellent client experience and professional communication

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation to understand body mechanics, recovery processes, and safe treatment application.
  • Knowledge of Occupational Therapy and Psychology to support client comfort, expectations, and overall well-being during aesthetic care.
  • Experience or education in Exercise Physiology to advise on lifestyle factors that may influence treatment results and recovery.
  • Recognized qualification in aesthetics, beauty therapy, or a related clinical field, with proven experience in advanced aesthetic treatments.
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to explain procedures clearly and maintain professional, inclusive interactions.
  • Attention to detail, commitment to hygiene and safety standards, and ability to follow clinical protocols consistently.
  • Experience in a senior or lead therapist position, including mentoring or supervising colleagues, is highly beneficial.
  • Flexibility to work clinic hours, including evenings or weekends as required, and a collaborative approach to working in a team environment.
