Are you an experienced aesthetic practitioner with a genuine passion for skin health, advanced technologies, and delivering exceptional patient results?

A leading premium aesthetics clinic in Knightsbridge is looking for a confident and highly skilled Senior Aesthetic Practitioner to join its established team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work within a high-performing, patient-focused environment where clinical excellence, personalised treatment planning, and outstanding service are at the heart of the role.

You will work with a sophisticated client base and a broad range of advanced skin and body technologies, combining hands-on treatment delivery with consultation, patient education, commercial awareness, and long-term relationship building.

The opportunity

As Senior Aesthetic Practitioner, you will:

  • Carry out detailed consultations and clinical assessments
  • Create personalised treatment programmes based on patient goals, suitability, and expected outcomes
  • Deliver a broad range of advanced skin and body treatments
  • Guide patients confidently through their full treatment journey, from consultation through to aftercare
  • Build trusted, long-term patient relationships and support retention
  • Recommend appropriate treatments and products in a professional, consultative way
  • Maintain high standards of clinical documentation, patient safety, and governance
  • Support treatment-room standards, stock control, and equipment care
  • Contribute to new treatment protocols, team development, and continuous improvement
  • Mentor and support less experienced practitioners where appropriate

About you

You will be a polished, commercially aware practitioner who combines excellent technical ability with warmth, confidence, and strong communication skills.

You are likely to have:

  • At least five years’ experience within advanced aesthetics
  • Level 4 qualification, or Level 3 with recognised laser training and strong core knowledge
  • Excellent understanding of skin anatomy and treatment planning
  • Strong consultation, sales, and patient-conversion skills
  • Experience designing treatment programmes to achieve visible, long-term results
  • Confidence working with a range of advanced skin and body technologies
  • A professional, patient-centred approach and high attention to detail

Experience may include:

  • Hydrafacial, advanced laser skin, working with a range of medium and deep peels, Cosmelan, radiofrequency, microneedling, Emsculpt, Exilis, and Obagi/ZO, HIFU, RF Microneedling, etc.

Package

  • Competitive basic salary, depending on skills and experience
  • 5% commission on treatments and retail sales
  • Permanent, full-time position
  • 40 hours per week
