Senior Aesthetic Therapist – Central London
Prestigious Cosmetic Clinic | OTE c. £50,000+
Are you an experienced Aesthetic Therapist with strong expertise across advanced skin, laser and energy-based treatments — and the confidence to build trusted relationships with a discerning, high-end client base?
A leading surgical and non-surgical cosmetic clinic in Central London is looking for a Senior Aesthetic Therapist to join its established team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished practitioner who combines technical expertise, exceptional patient care and a genuinely commercial mindset.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for:
- Delivering advanced skin, laser, microneedling, peel and energy-based treatments
- Conducting in-depth skin assessments and creating personalised treatment plans
- Building long-term relationships with a loyal, high-end patient base
- Delivering an exceptional patient journey from consultation through to aftercare
- Recommending appropriate treatment programmes, packages and homecare products
- Supporting treatment and product sales through an ethical, consultative approach
- Driving patient retention, rebooking and ongoing treatment journeys
- Maintaining excellent clinical standards and accurate patient records
- Staying current with new treatment technologies, protocols and product innovations

About You
We’re looking for someone with:
- 5+ years’ experience within advanced aesthetics, ideally in a premium or high-end clinic
- Strong hands-on experience across skin, lasers, advanced peels, microneedling and advanced energy-based devices
- NVQ Level 3 minimum, with relevant Level 4 skin/laser qualifications
- Laser Core of Knowledge certification and strong practical laser experience
- Excellent knowledge of concerns including pigmentation, acne, scarring, rosacea and ageing skin
- Proven sales ability and a strong commercial mindset
- Excellent consultation and treatment-planning skills
- The ability to build rapport naturally with a sophisticated, high-end clientele
- A warm, polished and highly professional approach

Package & Benefits
- OTE approximately £50,000+ per annum
- Commission and additional performance incentives
- 29 days’ annual leave, increasing by one day for each completed year of service
- Complimentary product each month

- Ongoing clinical training and professional development
- 40 hours per week, including lunch breaks
- Monday–Friday plus one Saturday per month, 10am–4pm
Working hours:
- Monday–Thursday: 10am–6:30pm
- Friday: 9am–5pm
