We are hiring: Senior Affiliate Manager (Russian-speaking)
We are looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager to join our team and play a key role in growing and optimising our affiliate partnerships.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing affiliate relationships, identifying new acquisition opportunities, negotiating commercial agreements, and driving sustainable revenue growth through effective performance and ROI optimisation.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliate partners, with a focus on traffic optimisation and scaling.
- Acquire, activate and grow new and existing affiliate accounts.
- Monitor traffic sources, campaign performance, KPIs and overall ROI.
- Identify new affiliate partners and traffic sources across target markets.
- Negotiate and review commercial agreements with affiliate partners.
- Analyse affiliate performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue and profitability.
- Monitor budgets, monthly volume targets and marketing spend.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify new opportunities and benchmark performance.
- Ensure affiliates are promoting the brand accurately and in line with relevant requirements.
- Work closely with the Head of Acquisition Marketing on acquisition strategy and key business initiatives.
- Lead and support strategic projects within the acquisition function.
- Prepare performance reports and ad hoc analyses to support business decisions.
- Represent the company at relevant industry events and build relationships within the affiliate marketing space.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the wider acquisition strategy.

What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within iGaming, online gaming, or betting industry.
- Fluent Russian and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience managing and growing affiliate partnerships.
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, acquisition channels, traffic sources and performance metrics.
- Experience negotiating commercial terms and managing affiliate budgets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into action.
- Commercial mindset with a strong focus on revenue, ROI and sustainable growth.
- Experience identifying and developing new affiliate opportunities.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and take ownership of projects.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Willingness to travel and represent the company at relevant industry events.
