Job Opportunity: Senior Affiliate Manager
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager based in the United Kingdom.
As a Senior Affiliate Manager, you will own the growth and profitability of a high-performing affiliate business across Europe, MENA, and Asia. You will be responsible for recruiting strategic affiliates, launching new partnerships, and scaling proven performers. This is a senior commercial role with direct ownership of affiliate revenue, profitability, traffic quality, and growth targets. You will leverage an established network of affiliates, publishers, media buyers, and performance partners while identifying new opportunities in international markets. Success requires a strong understanding of performance marketing economics, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on execution. You will collaborate closely with sales, media, creative, CRO, analytics, technology, finance, compliance, and operations teams in a fast-paced environment.
Accountabilities
- Own a substantial affiliate portfolio and take direct responsibility for monthly affiliate revenue, incremental revenue, profitability, and growth across relevant geographies and offers.
- Recruit high-volume affiliates, publishers, media buyers, networks, and performance partners across Europe, MENA, and Asia, leveraging an established professional network while continuing to develop new relationships.
- Launch new affiliate partnerships quickly, managing the process from initial conversation and commercial agreement through tracking, first traffic, conversion, and meaningful scale.
- Develop existing affiliate relationships by identifying opportunities to increase volume, improve performance, expand into new GEOs, and introduce additional offers.
- Manage key commercial and performance metrics, including CPA, EPC, CVR, AOV, approval rates, refunds, chargebacks, payout economics, contribution margin, and traffic quality.
- Make informed decisions around affiliate payouts, caps, scaling, profitability, and traffic quality, using performance data to determine when to increase or restrict volume.
- Build and scale a portfolio of meaningful producing affiliates, including multiple partners capable of generating six-figure monthly revenue.
- Monitor affiliate traffic for fraud, fake orders, incentivized traffic, unauthorized brand bidding, coupon abuse, self-referrals, misleading advertising, compliance issues, poor customer quality, abnormal refunds, and chargebacks.
- Take decisive action when traffic quality or profitability falls below acceptable standards, including reducing or stopping traffic when necessary.
- Track market and competitive intelligence, including competitor payouts, affiliate demand, emerging GEOs, effective creatives, conversion challenges, and opportunities to unlock additional profitable volume.
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, media, creative, CRO, analytics, technology, finance, compliance, and operations teams to resolve issues and accelerate growth.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and ensure rapid resolution of partner issues, with a focus on time to launch, time to first conversion, and time to meaningful scale.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
