This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager (Dating, Web) based in United Kingdom.
This role offers the opportunity to lead affiliate growth initiatives within a fast-moving digital environment focused on building meaningful online connections.
You will manage strategic partnerships, identify new business opportunities, and scale performance-driven collaborations across international markets.
The position combines relationship building, business development, analytics, and technical affiliate expertise to maximize revenue growth.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to launch campaigns, optimize partner performance, and improve acquisition strategies.
The ideal candidate is commercially driven, data-oriented, and experienced in building strong affiliate networks from the ground up.
This is a high-impact role where your partnerships and strategic decisions will directly contribute to business expansion and long-term growth.
Accountabilities
The Senior Affiliate Manager will be responsible for:
- Developing and scaling affiliate partnerships, managing the full partner lifecycle, and driving profitable growth through strategic collaborations and performance optimization.
- Identifying, approaching, negotiating with, and onboarding new affiliate partners, advertisers, networks, and business opportunities within the mainstream dating vertical.
- Building and managing a strong partnership pipeline, from initial outreach and negotiations through campaign launch and long-term collaboration.
- Driving affiliate channel growth by testing new traffic sources, scaling successful partnerships, and increasing sales volume and profitability.
- Managing the complete partner lifecycle, including onboarding, communication, development, and coordination with internal teams.
- Collaborating with product, technology, sales, and account management teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and partner success.
- Analyzing market trends, competitors, offers, traffic sources, partner economics, and campaign performance to identify new growth opportunities.
- Working with affiliate tracking and performance data to monitor key metrics such as conversion rates, LTV, CPA, ROI, payouts, and traffic quality.
- Coordinating tracking setup and troubleshooting technical issues related to tracking links, attribution, reporting, and conversion discrepancies.
- Developing data-driven recommendations to improve partner performance, campaign efficiency, and overall affiliate strategy.

Requirements
- Strong experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or business development within performance-driven digital industries, with the ability to combine commercial skills, analytical thinking, and technical affiliate expertise.
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, business development, or sales roles within digital performance industries.
- Experience working with mainstream dating products, advertisers, affiliate networks, or similar performance-based verticals is highly valued.
- Existing network of relevant affiliate partners, advertisers, traffic sources, or industry contacts.
- Demonstrated success in attracting, launching, and scaling partnerships or clients.
- Experience building partnership pipelines from scratch or significantly expanding existing affiliate channels.
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing models, including CPA, CPL, RevShare, hybrid deals, payouts, caps, traffic quality, and partner economics.
- Experience negotiating international partnerships and managing commercial relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Technical understanding of affiliate tracking systems, including tracking links, pixels, S2S postbacks, sub IDs, attribution logic, conversion events, and payout structures.
- Ability to work with tools such as Google Sheets and performance reporting platforms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
