Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager

Plymouth, Devon

Our client, a successful and growing professional services firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded and results-driven marketer to take ownership of key affiliate programmes, develop strategic partnerships, and drive performance and growth.

The role offers hybrid working, with two days per week office-based in Plymouth, and the opportunity to work as part of a collaborative leadership team that values innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

The Role:

  • Develop and deliver affiliate strategies aligned with commercial goals.
  • Own multiple affiliate programmes, driving performance and optimisation.
  • Monitor KPIs and performance data to identify growth opportunities and maximise ROI.
  • Build and manage relationships with affiliates, clients and key stakeholders.
  • Recruit, onboard and manage affiliate partners.
  • Negotiate placements, rates, promotions and commercial opportunities.
  • Oversee campaigns, budgets, forecasting and promotional activity.
  • Present performance insights and recommendations to clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to grow partnerships and revenue.
  • Support and mentor junior team members and contribute to wider marketing strategy.

About You:

  • Proven senior experience in affiliate, performance or partnership marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of affiliate networks and performance-based marketing.
  • Commercially focused, data-driven and confident working to KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Strong analytical, communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience negotiating commercial opportunities and developing strategic partnerships.
  • Confident mentoring and supporting junior team members.
  • A degree or CIM qualification is desirable, but candidates qualified by experience will be considered
