An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven Senior Aftersales Manager to join our team at Stellantis & You Manchester.

This is a pivotal leadership role within one of our largest aftersales operations, overseeing a team of 30+ colleagues across our main dealership and offsite preparation centre. You'll lead an established technical operation comprising 17 Technicians and 19 ramps, ensuring exceptional customer experience, operational efficiency and commercial performance across the entire aftersales business.

As Senior Aftersales Manager, you will inspire and develop your teams to consistently deliver outstanding results while creating a culture that embodies our values of People, Pride, Performance and Praise. As a key member of the dealership leadership team, you will influence business strategy, drive continuous improvement and ensure every colleague feels supported, recognised and empowered to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of 30+ colleagues across Service, Parts and Workshop operations.
  • Drive the performance of a 17-Technician workshop operation across 19 ramps located at both the main dealership and offsite preparation centre.
  • Maximise workshop efficiency, productivity, utilisation and first-time fix rates.
  • Create an engaged, high-performing culture where colleagues feel valued, supported and recognised.
  • Inspire customer-facing teams to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction whilst maximising revenue opportunities.
  • Coach and mentor managers and team members, supporting career development and succession planning.
  • Champion digital innovation and the adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Optimise operational processes throughout the customer journey, including Vehicle Health Checks and service retention initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Stellantis standards, DVSA regulations, financial controls and Health & Safety requirements.
  • Analyse business performance and implement strategies that drive continuous improvement and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the wider leadership team to achieve dealership objectives and long-term growth.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced automotive leader with a proven track record of managing large-scale aftersales operations and developing high-performing teams. To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

  • Previous experience as an Aftersales Manager, Senior Aftersales Manager or equivalent leadership role within a franchised dealership environment.
  • Experience leading sizeable teams and managing high-volume workshop operations.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to deliver growth, profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • A collaborative leadership style focused on developing people and creating a positive culture.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement.
