Senior Account Manager – Retail Media

5 Days, 4 Days in London office

We’re recruiting a Senior Account Manager to join a dynamic and growing business at the forefront of retail media.

Our client delivers innovative media solutions for blue-chip brands across some of the UK’s largest supermarket estates, including Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons and ASDA.

This is an opportunity to join an ambitious, fast-growing business where creativity, innovation and commercial thinking are encouraged. You’ll work in a collaborative, hands-on environment with plenty of scope to broaden your experience, take ownership and progress your career.

The Role

This is a strategic, client-facing role responsible for managing and growing key retail partnerships.

As Senior Account Manager, you’ll act as a trusted partner to supermarket clients, overseeing the planning and delivery of retail media campaigns while identifying opportunities to strengthen and grow those relationships.

You’ll combine account management, campaign delivery and commercial thinking, working closely with internal sales, planning and operations teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly and deliver against client objectives.

You’ll also manage a small team of Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Partner Management

  • Own day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of major supermarket partners, including Tesco, Sainsbury’s, ASDA and Morrisons
  • Act as the primary point of contact for campaign planning, approvals, updates and performance reviews
  • Build strong, long-term relationships by providing strategic guidance and consistently excellent client service
  • Lead regular client meetings and reviews, presenting performance insights and recommendations
  • Develop a deep understanding of each partner’s priorities, challenges and commercial objectives

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
