About the Company

Join a high-growth global AdTech business at the forefront of how brands connect with consumers across the open web. With a presence across international markets and a proposition spanning video, display, CTV and programmatic, the business helps leading brands and agencies reach the right audiences in premium, brand-safe environments across multiple screens and devices. Having built a strong global reputation for pioneering engaging, non-intrusive advertising experiences, the company continues to invest in its technology, products and people — creating an exciting opportunity to join at a key stage of its growth.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Agency Sales Manager to take ownership of a high-value agency patch and drive significant revenue growth. This is an opportunity for an ambitious digital advertising salesperson who wants more than simply managing an existing book of business. You’ll have the autonomy to build senior agency relationships, uncover new revenue opportunities and shape how clients use an increasingly sophisticated portfolio of advertising solutions. Working closely with the Managing Director and wider commercial team, you’ll play an important role in the continued growth of the UK business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
