Agency Surveyor

Manchester | Hybrid Working | £50,000 - £60,000 + Car Allowance and bonus

Are you an experienced property professional looking to join a growing consultancy where you can take ownership of transactions, build client relationships and play a key role within a developing agency team?

Our client is seeking an Agency Surveyor to join their Manchester office, working across a varied portfolio of commercial and residential property instructions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a few years of agency experience who can bring expertise, market knowledge and commercial awareness to a relatively young and ambitious team.

The Opportunity

You'll be involved in the full property lifecycle, advising clients on acquisitions, disposals and leasing strategies while managing transactions from instruction through to completion. Alongside delivering high-quality agency advice, you'll have the opportunity to develop your own network, generate new business and help grow an established and respected property consultancy.

The successful candidate will enjoy a varied role combining agency, client advisory, marketing and business development responsibilities, with genuine scope to influence and progress.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
