The Senior Aggregator Manager is a senior specialist and leader within the conversion media team, with end‑to‑end accountability for the performance, governance, and commercial effectiveness of key aggregator, affiliate, and price comparison site partnerships. The role owns senior‑level relationships with major partners, setting clear strategic direction across product positioning, commercial negotiations, tracking integrity, and regulatory compliance to drive high‑quality, sustainable customer acquisition.
Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the role leads the development and delivery of channel strategy, shaping medium‑ and long‑term plans that align with wider business objectives. It plays a pivotal role in influencing product, pricing, and marketing decisions, using deep performance insight, market intelligence, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth, mitigate risk, and continually improve conversion efficiency and traffic quality. The role also provides subject‑matter expertise and mentorship within the team, setting best practice standards across aggregator activity.

With a cross‑functional remit, the Senior Aggregator Manager partners closely with senior stakeholders across product, digital, compliance, finance, and commercial functions to ensure external partner activity is fully aligned to organisational priorities, regulatory expectations, and responsible marketing principles. The role leads performance reporting, quarterly planning cycles, and joint business plans, and acts as a senior representative for the conversion media team in internal forums and high‑level partner engagements. Through strategic leadership, data‑driven decision making, and effective stakeholder influence, the role helps secure competitive market positioning and delivers sustainable, responsible acquisition growth at scale.

For this job, you'll be located at our nearest regional hub. There will be a need to regularly connect with colleagues for collaboration events in one of our office sites. This is anticipated to be twice a month in one of our offices. If your application is successful, your hiring manager will provide further details on how this works.
