The Senior Aggregator Manager

The Senior Aggregator Manager is a senior specialist and leader within the conversion media team, with end-to-end accountability for the performance, governance, and commercial effectiveness of key aggregator, affiliate, and price comparison site partnerships. The role owns senior-level relationships with major partners, setting clear strategic direction across product positioning, commercial negotiations, tracking integrity, and regulatory compliance to drive high-quality, sustainable customer acquisition.

Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the role leads the development and delivery of channel strategy, shaping medium- and long-term plans that align with wider business objectives. It plays a pivotal role in influencing product, pricing, and marketing decisions, using deep performance insight, market intelligence, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth, mitigate risk, and continually improve conversion efficiency and traffic quality. The role also provides subject-matter expertise and mentorship within the team, setting best practice standards across aggregator activity.

With a cross-functional remit, the Senior Aggregator Manager partners closely with senior stakeholders across product, digital, compliance, finance, and commercial functions to ensure external partner activity is fully aligned to organisational priorities, regulatory expectations, and responsible marketing principles. The role leads performance reporting, quarterly planning cycles, and joint business plans, and acts as a senior representative for the conversion media team in internal forums and high-level partner engagements. Through strategic leadership, data-driven decision making, and effective stakeholder influence, the role helps secure competitive market positioning and delivers sustainable, responsible acquisition growth at scale.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What you’ll be doing

A typical day in this role is proactive, commercially focused, and highly collaborative, centred on shaping and executing the aggregator channel strategy at pace. You’ll begin by reviewing performance, market movements, and partner intelligence to identify opportunities, risks, or optimisation priorities, quickly translating insight into clear actions. You’ll lead conversations with senior partner stakeholders to progress joint plans, commercial negotiations, and testing activity, whilst ensuring product presence, tracking, and compliance standards remain robust. Throughout the day, you’ll work closely with product, pricing, digital, and compliance leaders to influence decisions, resolve issues, and align activity to business and regulatory objectives. You’ll actively steer performance reporting and planning, challenge assumptions with data, and share clear recommendations with senior stakeholders, whilst also coaching team members and embedding best practice. Your day will typically conclude with forward planning—setting direction, prioritising initiatives, and ensuring the aggregator channel is positioned to deliver high-quality, responsible acquisition and sustained market advantage.

  • Proven track record of owning senior-level external relationships, leading high-impact conversations, negotiating commercial terms, influencing outcomes, and delivering joint business plans with major partners
  • Deep experience ensuring accurate and compliant product representation, pricing, and proposition positioning across third-party platforms, with a strong understanding of operating in regulated financial services environments
  • Demonstrated ability to operate confidently across product, pricing, digital, compliance, finance, and commercial teams, influencing decisions and aligning activity to business strategy and regulatory requirements
  • Proven strength in managing competing priorities at pace, providing clear direction, maintaining high standards, and embedding best practice while leading testing, optimisation, and continuous improvement activity
