Senior Agile Delivery Manager

Working in Working Age Services, Data & Analytics or Later Life, you'll lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver user-centred digital products and services that underpin some of the UK's most important public services.

You'll be responsible for leading digital delivery in complex environments, ensuring effective planning, governance, risk management and coordination across multiple teams and dependencies. You'll build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels, aligning priorities and driving informed decision-making.
You'll foster inclusive, high-performing teams by removing barriers, encouraging continuous improvement and developing agile delivery capability across the organisation. Through periods of change and ambiguity, you'll help teams adapt, deliver value and achieve sustainable outcomes.
What skills, knowledge and experience will you need?
Demonstrable Experience Of
Maintaining Delivery Momentum: Ability to create an effective delivery ecosystem to ensure the successful delivery of digital projects, products and services using an agile approach.
Agile and Lean Practices: Coach and lead teams in agile and lean good practices. Create and tailor the right approach for a team. Act as a recognised expert and advocate for agile and lean approaches.

Location: You'll join us in one of our brilliant digital hubs in Birmingham, Blackpool, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle Upon Tyne and Sheffield, whichever is most convenient for you.
Hybrid Working: We work a hybrid model - you'll spend some time working at home and some time collaborating face to face in a hub.
