Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support Finance Transformation initiatives with a strong focus on Generative AI and business process optimization. The successful candidate will work closely with Finance stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements across Finance Systems, Accounting, Treasury, Settlements, Procurement, and Financial Operations.
This role requires a strong understanding of finance back-office and middle-office processes, combined with proven business analysis expertise in process mapping, requirements gathering, and transformation delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Finance and Technology stakeholders to identify and define opportunities for Generative AI adoption.
- Analyze and document current ("As-Is") and future-state ("To-Be") business processes.
- Lead workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather and refine business requirements.
- Develop business cases and functional requirements for Finance Transformation initiatives.
- Identify automation and process improvement opportunities across:
- Finance Systems
- Accounting
- Treasury
- Settlements
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Tax
- Procurement
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Collaborate with AI, Data, and Technology teams to translate business requirements into solutions.
- Support process redesign initiatives leveraging Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Microsoft Copilot capabilities.
- Create process maps, workflows, user stories, business requirements documents, and gap analyses.
- Facilitate testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and change management activities.

Required Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst.
- Strong background in Finance Transformation and Finance Systems projects.
- Experience working within Finance back-office or middle-office functions.
- Knowledge of:
- Accounting
- Treasury
- Settlements
- Financial Operations
- Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
- Tax
- Procurement
- FP&A
- Hands-on experience with BPMN and business process modelling.
- Proven ability to conduct process mapping and requirements gathering workshops.
- Experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Desirable Experience
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Microsoft Copilot, or Machine Learning initiatives.
- Knowledge of ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, Workday, or similar.
- Experience with process automation and intelligent workflow solutions.
- Exposure to AI-enabled Finance Transformation programmes.
Preferred Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will combine strong Finance domain expertise with Business Analysis and process transformation experience. They will have worked on Finance Systems and operational improvement initiatives and understand how Generative AI can be leveraged to enhance efficiency, improve decision-making, and optimize finance processes.
