Global Financial Services Institution | AI Transformation | Microsoft Copilot Enablement
Contract: Daily rate contract
Rate: Competitive Market Rate
Location: Remote (1 day per week on-site in Central London)
Senior AI Adoption & Capability Consultant (Contract)
We are partnering with a leading global financial services institution to appoint a Senior AI Adoption & Capability Consultant on a daily rate contract basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced AI adoption, workforce transformation, organisational change, or capability professional to help shape and accelerate responsible AI adoption across a global organisation.
The role will focus on building the capability, confidence, and behaviours colleagues need to successfully adopt AI-enabled ways of working. Working across People, Technology, Product, Engineering, and business teams, you will help translate AI strategy into practical adoption approaches, learning experiences, and measurable business outcomes.

You will combine strategic consulting with hands-on delivery — assessing capability needs, designing enablement solutions, supporting Microsoft Copilot adoption, and helping teams apply AI effectively in their day-to-day work.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior stakeholders to assess AI readiness, capability gaps, and priority adoption opportunities.
- Develop AI capability strategies, learning pathways, and enablement solutions for different audiences.
- Design practical resources including toolkits, use cases, guides, workshops, and adoption campaigns.
- Support Microsoft Copilot and approved AI tool adoption through real-world application and business engagement.
- Drive behaviour change through communities of practice, champion networks, communications, and ongoing enablement.
- Define success measures to track confidence, adoption, utilisation, and business impact.
- Stay current with emerging AI trends and evolving workforce requirements.

About You
You will bring experience in:
- AI adoption, Generative AI enablement, digital transformation, or workforce capability development.
- Organisational change, learning strategy, or enterprise transformation programmes.
- Designing and delivering capability initiatives at scale.
- Consulting with and influencing senior stakeholders across highly complex organisations.
- Turning complex technology concepts into practical, engaging experiences.
Experience supporting Microsoft Copilot adoption, responsible AI initiatives, or enterprise AI transformation programmes would be highly desirable.
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping how a global financial services organisation builds AI capability, confidence, and new ways of working.
