About The Role
The Senior AI Developer at Exalto Consulting will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing advanced artificial intelligence solutions that drive business innovation and efficiency. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic team, contributing to cutting-edge projects that leverage AI and machine learning technologies. The role requires a highly skilled professional with a strong background in AI development, data science, and software engineering. The Senior AI Developer will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and deliver scalable AI-powered solutions. This position is based on a hybrid work model, with 2-3 days per week in Reading, providing flexibility and a balanced work environment.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a solid educational background in computer science, data science, or related fields, with a proven track record in AI development.
