About Unifeye

Unifeye is a delivery-led, Databricks-first consultancy helping organisations unlock the full value of their data and AI.

We're a lean, high-growth team based in London, working at the intersection of data, technology and business strategy. We partner with enterprise organisations across industries to solve complex data challenges through modern Lakehouse architectures and AI solutions built on Databricks.

Joining Unifeye means more than delivering projects. From day one, you'll be trusted to take ownership, challenge conventional thinking and make a genuine impact. With a high degree of autonomy, you'll help shape client outcomes, influence our AI capability and play a key role in the growth of the business.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior AI Engineer, with a strong Data Science background to join our growing AI team and help design, build and productionise enterprise AI solutions on the Databricks Lakehouse Platform.

You'll work across multiple enterprise engagements, partnering with customers to solve complex business challenges while collaborating with architects, data engineers and AI specialists. This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll build scalable AI and Machine Learning solutions, implement MLOps best practices and help customers take AI applications from proof of concept through to production.

Alongside client delivery, you'll contribute to the continued growth of Unifeye's AI capability by mentoring colleagues, sharing knowledge and helping shape our engineering standards and reusable assets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
