Senior AI Engineer
London (Hybrid, 3 days in office) | £115,000 - £120,000 + Benefits
A unique opportunity to join a newly established AI Lab focused on building next-generation Generative AI products. You'll work in a small, high-impact team, taking ideas from concept to production and helping shape how AI-powered content experiences evolve.

The Role
- Build and fine-tune LLM-powered applications
- Develop RAG pipelines and AI-driven content systems
- Improve model performance through evaluation and experimentation
- Support projects across text, audio, and multimodal AI
- Work closely with product, engineering, and non-technical stakeholders
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience building production AI applications
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, and fine-tuning techniques
- Excellent Python skills and familiarity with modern AI frameworks
- Experience with content, language, semantic search, or recommendation systems
- Strong communication skills and an experimental mindset
