Senior AI Engineer | Microsoft Power Platform | Copilot | Azure | AI Agents | Hybrid
Method Resourcing are proud to be partnering with a prestigious financial institution who are investing heavily in AI to transform how their teams operate. This is a rare opportunity to join at an early stage and shape how AI is deployed, governed, and scaled across an entire organisation. The focus is not on experimentation, it’s about safely putting AI into production in a highly regulated environment.
The Role
You’ll sit at the centre of the bank's AI strategy, working closely with Architecture, Security, and Data teams to enable the adoption of AI agents and Copilot solutions across the business.
This role is focused on building and operating the underlying platform that allows teams to design, deploy, and manage AI solutions safely. That includes defining governance, implementing controls, and ensuring everything is aligned to regulatory and security expectations.
You’ll play a key role in establishing how AI operates in the organisation - defining standards, enabling teams, and ensuring solutions are scalable, observable, and compliant.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
