Manager – Lead Development Manager

Location – UK Remote (must live in UK)

Role Overview

We're looking for an exceptional Senior AI Engineer to lead the design and development of our next-generation AI platform. This is a unique opportunity to build sophisticated multi-agent AI solutions that solve real-world business challenges, leveraging the latest advances in Large Language Models (LLMs), autonomous agents, and intelligent orchestration with TypeScript, GoLang and Python.

As a key member of our engineering team, you'll take ownership of the AI layer of our platform, designing robust, scalable and production-ready AI systems that prioritise quality, reliability and security. You'll work alongside backend engineers, architects and product teams to deliver innovative AI capabilities while influencing the technical direction of our AI strategy.

If you're passionate about pushing the boundaries of Generative AI, enjoy solving complex engineering problems, and thrive in an environment where experimentation and innovation are encouraged, we'd love to hear from you. We're looking for someone with deep expertise in modern AI engineering, agent orchestration and LLM optimisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
