Role summary:
We're looking for an AI Engineer to build production-grade AI products, agentic workflows, and intelligent document-processing solutions. You'll take ownership of AI capabilities from design through deployment, working across backend services, orchestration layers, and user-facing applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build AI-enabled product features used by lawyers and business stakeholders
- Develop agentic workflows, tool-calling systems, and orchestration frameworks
- Design and implement RAG, retrieval, and context management capabilities
- Build and maintain Python services, APIs, and TypeScript applications
- Implement evaluation, observability, and monitoring frameworks for AI systems
- Work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions
- Contribute to Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD deployment workflows

Key Details:
- Salary Range: £70,000-£90,000 + bonus
- Working Model: Hybrid, 2 days per week in the Tower Bridge London office
- Tech Stack: Python, TypeScript, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, Retrieval, Embeddings, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
