Senior AI Engineer – (NetSuite Integrations)

£110,000 - £180,000 + Equity + Benefits

Remote (UK, Europe or US)

We're looking for an experienced AI Engineer to take ownership of a complex integration platform that sits at the heart of a fast-growing AI business. You'll be responsible for building, maintaining and evolving AI solutions for a sophisticated NetSuite integration used by enterprise customers, working across everything from backend services and APIs through to ERP integrations and modern AI-assisted development workflows.

This is one of those rare opportunities where you'll genuinely own a critical product, rather than spending your time delivering customer projects.

If you're someone who enjoys solving difficult engineering problems, building products that scale and taking real ownership, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Using AI as part of your daily engineering workflow to improve speed, quality and productivity.
  • Owning the NetSuite integration end-to-end across a growing product platform.
  • Building and maintaining high-performance backend services using Python and modern engineering practices.
  • Developing robust integrations using SuiteTalk (REST & SOAP), SuiteScript and SuiteQL.
  • Designing reliable APIs, synchronisation logic and infrastructure that can scale with the business.
  • Working closely with Product, Design and Customer teams to solve real-world accounting and workflow challenges.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
