Are you passionate about building the next generation of Agentic AI solutions? We're looking for a Senior AI Engineer to design, develop and deploy intelligent, autonomous AI systems that solve real business problems at scale.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of AI, developing production-grade agentic applications that leverage LLMs, graph-based architectures and autonomous workflows to transform both customer experiences and internal operations.

What You'll Do

  • Design, build and deploy production-ready Agentic AI applications.
  • Develop autonomous AI agents capable of planning, reasoning, tool use and multi-step decision making.
  • Design and implement graph-based AI architectures (LangGraph or similar) to orchestrate complex AI workflows. Experience with graph frameworks is essential.
  • Build and integrate LLM-powered applications into end-to-end business processes.
  • Embed AI solutions into customer and operational workflows with resilience, observability and safe fallback behaviour.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data and Operations teams to take AI solutions from concept through to production.
  • Establish best practices around orchestration, evaluation, testing, monitoring, governance and AI safety.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and rapidly translate them into high-value business applications.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
