About Us
FIOR.Group Limited builds the trust infrastructure for the AI age. Our flagship product, the FIOR AI Gateway, acts as SSL for AI — giving enterprises certificate-based identity, policy enforcement, and quantum-safe cryptography for autonomous AI agents. The platform pairs a high-performance Rust gateway agent with a multi-tenant control plane and role-specific portals, used by regulated organisations across finance, energy, defence, and aerospace.
The Role
We're hiring a senior engineer to own the FIOR AI Gateway platform end-to-end — from AI-driven features to the infrastructure that runs them. Working directly with the CTO on a small, senior team, you'll ship AI-powered functionality, run DevOps for self-hosted enterprise deployments, and keep production stable as we scale with customers.
What You'll Do
- Integrate LLM models (Gemini, GPT-5 family) via the Lovable AI Gateway for governance, audit analysis, and incident triage.
- Build Supabase Edge Functions for AI-assisted investigation, traffic inspection, certificate signing, and license binding.
- Own deployment infrastructure: installation wizards, deployment artefacts, and POC kits for self-hosted K3s/Kubectl environments.
- Maintain the fior-agent Rust codebase (policy engine, certificate validation, license enforcement, event recording) and its Docker/Kubernetes manifests.
- Build features across the React/TypeScript frontend and Supabase backend (Postgres, RLS, edge functions, realtime, storage).
- Manage dependency upgrades, security patches, and vulnerability remediation across the stack.
- Act as the senior technical contact for customer pilots and trade-show demos, triaging and resolving customer-reported self-hosted deployment problems.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
