Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior AI & GenAI Engineer / AI Consultant to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of hands-on experience across recommendation engines, data pipelines, distributed machine learning, production ML systems, and AI/ML consulting. Strong expertise in Google Cloud Vertex AI, MLOps, Document AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI is required.
The role involves working closely with technical and business stakeholders to architect scalable AI solutions and deliver production-ready ML and GenAI applications.

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions for enterprise use cases.
- Build and optimize production-grade ML systems, including model serving, monitoring, evaluation, and lifecycle management.
- Develop multi-step Agentic AI workflows using ADK, Agent Engine, LangChain, and AgentSpace.
- Leverage Google Cloud Vertex AI and associated AI/ML services to build enterprise solutions.
- Implement MLOps practices covering model development, deployment, CI/CD, monitoring, governance, and continuous improvement.
- Develop solutions using Document AI and Generative AI technologies.
- Design and implement recommendation engines, distributed ML solutions, and large-scale data pipelines.
- Work with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and XGBoost.
- Design and optimize data processing pipelines using technologies such as Apache Beam, Hadoop, Spark, and Hive.
- Apply data warehousing concepts, including ETL/ELT, data architecture, analytical environments, and data integration.
- Translate business requirements into scalable AI/ML architectures and technical solutions.
- Provide technical consulting and advisory services to clients and stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot complex AI/ML and production issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
