About the Role

We are searching on behalf of our client for this role. This position is not with OVI.

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Governance Specialist to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise AI governance frameworks. This role is responsible for ensuring AI systems are developed, deployed, and operated in a secure, ethical, and compliant manner, aligning technical delivery with emerging global AI regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of AI governance strategies, policies, and operational controls across AI and machine learning initiatives.
  • Design and implement Policy-as-Code frameworks, automated governance controls, and runtime guardrails integrated within modern CI/CD pipelines.
  • Establish governance processes covering model lifecycle management, explainability, auditability, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee AI risk assessments, model validation, and governance reviews to identify operational, ethical, and security risks.
  • Define governance standards for data lineage, provenance, model versioning, and AI documentation.
  • Implement Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) oversight processes for high-risk AI applications and autonomous systems.
  • Develop AI governance metrics, dashboards, and audit reporting to support executive decision-making and regulatory readiness.
  • Partner with engineering teams to ensure governance controls are embedded throughout software development and MLOps workflows.
  • Conduct AI security reviews, including assessments for prompt injection, model drift, adversarial attacks, and algorithmic bias.
  • Support internal and external audits by maintaining governance evidence, control documentation, and remediation plans.
  • Monitor emerging AI legislation and industry standards, ensuring governance frameworks remain aligned with evolving regulatory requirements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
