Intelance Senior Associate Contractor Role

Intelance is looking for a senior associate contractor to lead practical AI learning and adoption programmes for large organisations. You will combine senior consulting, adult learning and hands-on AI experience. The work includes remote preparation and discovery, with travel to UK client sites for workshops when needed.

This is a flexible freelance associate role. Assignments are agreed through separate statements of work.

Tasks

  • Lead discovery interviews with business leaders and functional teams.
  • Turn business needs into clear learning goals, realistic case studies and practical exercises.
  • Design and lead engaging full-day AI workshops for groups of up to 60 people.
  • Facilitate mixed seniority audiences, from operational staff to senior leaders.
  • Explain generative AI, prompting, output checking and responsible use in simple language.
  • Coordinate specialist facilitators and keep delivery consistent across the team.
  • Review slides, demonstrations, videos, workbooks and facilitator guides before delivery.
  • Manage live questions, difficult discussions and changes in the room.
  • Capture feedback and recommend practical follow-up actions that support adoption.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
