Senior AI Product Owner
London | Hybrid - 3 days per week
Up to £85,000 + £5,000 car allowance + bonus + private medical
We're working with a leading UK organisation undergoing an exciting AI transformation and are looking for a Senior AI Product Owner to join its growing AI function.
This is a broad, commercially focused role sitting at the intersection of Product, AI, and business strategy. Rather than owning a single product, you'll work across a portfolio of AI opportunities, helping take ideas from discovery and experimentation through to delivery and scale.

The Role
You'll be responsible for:
- Identifying and prioritising AI opportunities.
- Working with senior stakeholders to understand business challenges.
- Shaping AI use cases and defining value and success measures.
- Taking initiatives from POC through to production and adoption.
- Working closely with technical and AI specialists.
- Supporting user testing, iteration, and change.
- Ensuring AI solutions deliver measurable commercial value.
About You
We're looking for an experienced Product professional with:
- Strong Product Management / Product Ownership experience.
- Recent experience working with AI / GenAI.
- Experience shaping and delivering AI use cases.
- Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to operate comfortably across ambiguity and multiple priorities.
- Ideally retail background or similar environment.
- A track record of turning ideas into valuable, scalable products or solutions.

Salary: Up to £85,000 + £5,000 car allowance + up to 20% bonus
