Senior AI Product and Transformation Lead

London, 4 days on client site

Join us as we become the 'Global Leader in Building AI Native Companies'.

Conquer AI is an enterprise AI consultancy. We place senior specialists inside client organisations to find where AI creates value, then get it built and used.

The role

You will be embedded with a global financial company in London, working alongside its EMEA leadership. Day to day you'll own the client's AI strategy and transformation agenda, and you will be Conquer's lead on the relationship.

What you will do

  • Work with senior stakeholders across the business to find and prioritise the AI use cases worth pursuing.
  • Turn business problems into defined AI products, workflows, and automation.
  • Run the AI portfolio, with regular executive reporting on progress, risk, and value.
  • Lead initiatives from discovery through delivery and adoption, and keep improving them afterwards.
  • Prototype and build hands-on with engineering teams.
  • Design and run the AI operating model, covering governance, standards, and prioritisation.
  • Work with technology, data, risk, compliance, legal, and information security so that what gets built is feasible and properly controlled.
  • Drive take-up of approved enterprise AI tools, including building a champion network and running enablement.
  • Manage the relationship for Conquer and spot where we can help further.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Financial services experience would be a real advantage. So would hands-on work with LLMs, AI agents, workflow automation, prompt engineering, and orchestration. We'd also value experience designing AI governance frameworks or operating models, familiarity with AI regulation and technology risk in financial services (including the EU AI Act), consulting or client-embedded work, and time spent across multiple EMEA jurisdictions.

Please note: I personally review every CV, message, and email I receive regarding our vacancies. While I carefully read each one, I am unfortunately unable to reply to everyone individually due to the volume of applications. Thank you for taking the time to apply and for your interest in working with us. Your effort is genuinely appreciated.
