Role: Senior AI Software Engineer
Location: Abu Dhabi (Candidate should relocate to Abu Dhabi, Visa Sponsorship will be provided)
Job Type: Permanent

ROLE PROFILE

• Designs, develops, and optimizes AI Products for the Bank, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless and engaging user experiences

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop robust full-stack applications and APIs using modern interfaces and event-drive and api-first backend services
• Build reusable components and libraries using modern frameworks
• Build cloud-native applications leveraging Microsoft Azure or other major cloud services
• Optimize application frontend and backend for usability, performance, scalability, and security.
• Implement data protection measures, authentication protocols, and security best practices
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers on refining features
• Collaborate with Data Scientist and Data Engineers to improve the Data Quality and Insights.
• Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to maintain code quality and reliability
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/ QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in Product development, preferable AI Products
• Strong expertise in full-stack on Backend and/or Frontend development
• Experience with modern technologies like Python, Rust, Golang, React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar
• Skilled in designing and integrating secure, production-grade APIs, including API versioning, observability (monitoring, tracing, logging and implementing modern authentication mechanism
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• AI/ ML, GenAI, and agentic frameworks (LangGraph, Microsoft Agent Framework, etc.) experience a bonus
• Familiarity with CI/CD, version control, and deployment automation
• Educational qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
