I’m working with one of the world’s most prestigious professional services and technology organisations to identify exceptional AI architects who can bridge the gap between software engineering, cutting-edge AI and enterprise-scale architecture.

What will you be working on?

  • Agentic AI & Multi-Agent Systems – Architecting AI agents that reason, use tools and APIs, interact with enterprise knowledge, and execute complex workflows securely at scale.
  • AI-Driven Software Engineering – Designing autonomous software development environments and AI-powered delivery pipelines spanning requirements, architecture, code generation, testing, security and deployment.
  • Enterprise AI Architecture – Translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, integrating GenAI into complex enterprise environments, and connecting AI innovation with real-world business impact.
  • AI Governance, Evaluation & Security – Building trusted AI environments through automated evaluation, red teaming, guardrails, identity controls, traceability and secure deployment practices.

What are we looking for?

  • A strong Software Engineering background, with experience building and owning systems in production.
  • Recent, hands-on experience designing and architecting GenAI, LLM-based applications and Agentic AI systems.
  • Practical experience building, evaluating and deploying AI agents, AI platforms or LLM-powered applications in production.
  • Strong architectural knowledge across enterprise systems, APIs, microservices, cloud platforms and platform engineering.
  • Understanding of AI orchestration, RAG, tool calling, context engineering, automated testing, CI/CD and DevSecOps.
  • Experience embedding governance, evaluation, security and observability into enterprise AI solutions.
  • The ability to move comfortably between hands-on engineering, architectural decision-making and senior stakeholder engagement.

Production experience is essential. This isn't a role for someone who has only experimented with LLMs or worked on AI strategy in isolation. You need to have built and owned production systems and be able to credibly design, challenge and evaluate complex AI architectures.
