Senior AI Solutions Analyst

Southampton – Hybrid (3DPW in office)

VIQU are partnering with a leading organisation investing heavily in AI and legal technology to transform the way its business operates. As part of a newly established Innovation & AI function, they are looking for a Senior AI Solutions Analyst to play a key role in identifying, implementing, and supporting innovative AI and legal technology solutions that drive efficiency, improve client service, and deliver measurable business value. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about AI adoption, enjoys exploring emerging technologies, and wants to be at the forefront of implementing enterprise AI solutions in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior AI Solutions Analyst:

  • Contribute to the organisation's AI and innovation strategy by researching and evaluating emerging AI and legal technology solutions
  • Lead the implementation, configuration, onboarding, and ongoing lifecycle management of AI and legal technology platforms
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into practical, technology-driven solutions
  • Assess new AI products against business, technical, security, and operational requirements, producing recommendations for senior stakeholders and investment decisions
  • Drive AI adoption across the business by supporting users, encouraging engagement, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, third-party suppliers, and technology partners
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, investigate root causes, and implement long-term solutions where required
  • Produce technical documentation, knowledge articles, user guides, and solution documentation to support successful adoption
  • Ensure all solutions are delivered with a security-first approach and comply with governance, change, and technology standards

Key Experience Required of the Senior AI Solutions Analyst:

  • Previous experience implementing and supporting AI, legal technology, or enterprise business applications
  • Experience working within a law firm is highly desirable, although candidates from consultancy, insurance, or other professional services environments will also be considered
  • Demonstrable experience delivering technology implementations and managing solutions throughout their lifecycle
  • Strong business analysis skills, with experience gathering requirements and translating them into technology solutions
  • A genuine passion for AI and emerging technologies, with a proactive and inquisitive approach to learning
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience assessing and implementing modern AI platforms or enterprise SaaS solutions would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of system integrations and APIs would be beneficial
  • Self-motivated, approachable, and collaborative, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
