Senior AI Solutions Architect / AI Transformation Architect
Senior AI leader for solution engineering, client advisory, pursuit leadership, and enterprise-scale AI delivery
Role Overview
We are looking for a senior AI and enterprise technology leader who can help shape, sell, architect, and deliver practical AI-led transformation for enterprise clients. This role goes beyond traditional architecture. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise in AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, enterprise architecture, modern engineering, and cloud-native platforms with strong client-facing solutioning, executive communication, and pursuit leadership capabilities.
The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, sales teams, delivery leaders, architects, and engineering teams to convert complex business challenges into scalable solution strategies, executable roadmaps, and production-ready technology frameworks. This person should be comfortable engaging with senior client leaders, building confidence in proposed solutions, supporting strategic pursuits, and partnering with delivery teams to ensure successful execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead AI-led solutioning and architecture for enterprise transformation opportunities, from early-stage client conversations through proposal, design, and delivery handoff.
- Engage with business and technology executives to understand strategic objectives, pain points, operating models, and transformation priorities.
- Translate complex business problems into scalable AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, data, integration, and cloud-native solution architectures.
- Support sales and pursuit teams by shaping solution strategy, differentiating value propositions, estimating solution approaches, and building executive-level confidence.
- Define architecture roadmaps, reference architectures, reusable frameworks, and implementation patterns for production-grade AI solutions.
- Partner with delivery, engineering, product, and platform teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, secure, scalable, cost-effective, and executable.
- Provide technical leadership across AI-accelerated SDLC, distributed systems, integration platforms, modernization programs, and enterprise architecture initiatives.
- Promote responsible AI, security, governance, observability, resiliency, and operational readiness as core elements of every solution.
- Mentor architects, solution engineers, and delivery teams on AI architecture, solution design, and client-facing technical leadership.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
