Job Title
I am partnered with one of the leading wealth management firms who are looking for an Azure focused AI Solutions Engineer who can lead their further business development of retrieval-augmented generation whilst having ownership of stakeholder communication.
About the Opportunity
This is a very unique opportunity for a mid-level engineer who has been playing around with RAG, AI-assisted development, Azure OpenAPI, and more in order to achieve business relevant solutions.
It is also an opportunity to be at the forefront of the AI revolution at this firm with the work including taking prototypes into production and communicating with the business in order to achieve this seamlessly across its many departments and products.

Skills/Requirements
- 3+ years experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or any relevant role
- Exposure to commercially working with RAG, GenAI, and LLM APIs is essential
- Experience with testing in AI environments and best practices around this
- It is a bonus if the experience comes from Azure Cloud environments
- Understanding of financial services including its regulations and compliance aspects

This is an opportunity that enables you to work directly with the heads of the business and therefore require strong communication skills.
