Role Summary

We are seeking a strategic and tech-savvy Senior AI Strategy Consultant with strong expertise in AI-enabled digital transformation and business innovation. This role will evaluate key business operations, identify opportunities for AI-driven process optimization, and develop practical AI strategies and solutions to improve efficiency, productivity, decision-making, and business performance. This role requires a blend of business process improvement expertise, AI and digital technology knowledge, strategy consulting capability, and hands-on delivery experience to support AI transformation initiatives that deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess key business processes and operational pain points to identify AI-enabled improvement and AX opportunities.
  • Define enterprise-level AI use cases and evaluate their business impact, feasibility, priority, and expected benefits.
  • Develop AI-driven strategies and practical execution plans to improve operational efficiency, automation, data utilisation, decision-making, and productivity.
  • Build AI transformation roadmaps, business cases, project definition documents, and implementation plans for AX initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Management MSP Team and key business stakeholders to support the planning, validation, execution, and performance management of AI projects.
  • Provide PMO support for large-scale AI and digital transformation projects, managing timelines, scope, risks, issues, and key deliverables.
  • Translate business requirements into AI initiatives and technical execution plans, coordinating across business, IT, data teams, and external partners.
  • Proactively identify innovation opportunities based on emerging AI trends, including GenAI, AI agents, data analytics, and business automation.
  • Support the development of AI operating models, governance frameworks, change management plans, and training materials.
  • Align AI strategy, AX initiatives, and implementation direction across global and Korean HQ/subsidiary organisations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in AI Strategy, Digital Transformation, Business, Information Technology, Data, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in AI strategy, AX, digital transformation, business innovation, IT consulting, PMO, or large-scale project leadership.
  • Proven experience delivering AI and digital transformation projects in large enterprises, global organisations, or external-facing project environments.
  • Practical experience applying AI, GenAI, data analytics, and automation technologies to improve business processes and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Strong ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into actionable AI use cases, roadmaps, business cases, and implementation plans.
  • Experience supporting the planning, PoC, validation, implementation, performance management, and operational transition of AI projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across business, IT, data, and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong PMO experience managing timelines, scope, risks, issues, deliverables, and performance tracking for large-scale programmes.
  • Strategic understanding of AI and digital technology trends, with the ability to apply them to real business innovation opportunities.
  • Strong bilingual communication capability in English and Korean across global and Korean organisations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in AI Strategy, Enterprise AI Adoption, AX, or GenAI projects.
  • Knowledge of AI-enabled business innovation, process automation, predictive analytics, recommendation systems, intelligent services, or AI agents.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects involving large enterprise groups, global subsidiaries, and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong skills in AI opportunity discovery, AI Fit Assessment, use case prioritisation, and AI transformation roadmaps.
  • Ability to prepare executive reports, facilitate leadership workshops, define strategic initiatives, and support change management.
  • AI-related research, patents, new business planning, or digital innovation award experience preferred.
  • Experience in Consumer Electronics, Technology, Enterprise Business, or external partnership projects preferred.
  • Korean-speaking preferred, but not essential
