Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Understanding of GenAI and agentic AI applications, including use-case prioritisation, workflow redesign, human-agent interaction, data/platform requirements, responsible AI, adoption, and value realisation
  • Ability to identify Telco AI opportunities across customer care, sales, IT, network operations, software delivery, and corporate functions
  • Good understanding of key Telco technology domains and how customer, product, order, billing, charging, service, network, and digital capabilities interact

  • Experience assessing legacy technology environments and developing pragmatic transformation options
  • Ability to evaluate technology programmes and vendors from strategic, commercial, technical, and delivery perspectives

  • Ability to develop clear roadmaps, business cases, and executive recommendations and to lead workshops with senior client stakeholders
  • Ability to independently manage a workstream, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and coach junior colleagues
  • Sound professional judgement, intellectual curiosity, integrity, and a collaborative, results-oriented style, with excellent English communication skills
  • A university degree in a STEM-related field or business management; advanced degrees (MBA, MSc) are advantageous
