We are looking for a Senior AI Trainer to join our team.
Role summary
By providing strategic subject expertise and high-impact training and facilitation, you will inspire and empower senior leaders to successfully adopt, govern, and scale AI within their organisations. You will focus on delivering the Level 5 AI Leadership Apprenticeship units, equipping executive and managerial learners with the critical knowledge needed to drive AI-led transformation. You will bring executive credibility to the digital classroom, leading live training while facilitating interactive peer discussions to bridge strategic business objectives with practical AI execution.
As the Apprenticeship Unit Tutor, you will:
- Deliver Live Online interactive training sessions for leadership cohorts, with occasional classroom or onsite delivery as required.
- Facilitate engaging group discussions, peer learning, and cohort activities alongside delivering core course content.
- Guide and inspire senior learners to achieve excellent learning and assessment outcomes.
- Maintain deep subject matter expertise in AI strategy, procurement, governance, risk management, and organisational change
- Demonstrate practical familiarity with enterprise AI productivity tools, notably Microsoft 365 Copilot, and broader enterprise generative AI ecosystems.
- Support the development and continuous refinement of courseware content, executive level case studies, and discussion activities.
- Deliver across a flexible portfolio of Data and AI programmes, adapting to teach additional apprenticeship standards, short units, or commercial courses as business requirements and curriculum needs evolve.
- Liaise with Talent Coaches and employer leadership to ensure strategic alignment and workplace application of learning.

What you’ll bring to the role
- Strong executive presence and the credibility to engage, facilitate dialogue with, and challenge senior business leaders.
- Excellent interactive delivery skills, with the ability to blend structured teaching with cohort discussion facilitation.
- Comprehensive understanding of AI strategy, procurement, governance, risk management, and organisational change principles.
- Practical familiarity with enterprise digital tools, including Microsoft 365 Copilot and general enterprise AI solutions.
- Ability to translate complex technical, ethical, and governance concepts into clear business insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong presentation, communication, and time management skills.
- A flexible, collaborative approach and a positive team attitude.
