Position: Senior AI Trainer Sales Managers / RevOps
Type: Short-term contract
Compensation: 30/hr USD
Location: Remote
Commitment: 30-40 hrs/week
Role Responsibilities
- Produce high-difficulty expert tasks and gold-standard solutions covering complex RevOps strategies.
- Review and calibrate team members' outputs to enforce rigorous domain quality standards.
- Own day-to-day quality control and validate that all task scenarios are practically realistic.
- Apply and enforce rubric standards set by the Functional SME Lead.
- Identify and escalate genuine edge cases and rubric ambiguities to the Functional SME Lead.
- Participate in calibration sessions and revision cycles to elevate the complexity of pod outputs.

Requirements
- Possess 8 years of leadership experience heading sales teams, revenue operations, or sales operations functions.
- Demonstrate expert fluency in modern CRM and RevOps tech stacks, pipeline analytics, and forecasting methodologies.
- Have a proven track record of producing executive-grade deliverables like territory models and revenue forecast models.
- Exhibit exceptional analytical thinking to analyze complex sales funnels and diagnose revenue bottlenecks.
- Show meticulous attention to detail in reviewing high-difficulty task scenarios.
- Possess superior written communication skills for creating complex corporate scenarios and evaluation criteria.
