Their platform enables large language models to run reliably and efficiently at scale, with a strong focus on performance and security. It's a small, highly technical, fully remote team solving some of the hardest problems in production AI, and they're now moving into their next phase of growth.

They are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer to help build and scale the core inference infrastructure underpinning their platform.
Role
- Developing and optimising ML inference pipelines at scale.
- Contributing to systems that ensure the integrity and reliability of model outputs.
- Integrating open-source models into the platform's API layer.
- Improving performance and reliability of distributed GPU infrastructure.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ML engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong background in model inference, optimisation and deployment.
- Familiarity with distributed systems and GPU compute environments.
- Experience working with open-source LLMs and modern API frameworks.
