Job Title

Location: Northamptonshire, with nationwide travel

Salary: Dependent on experience

About the Role

Spheretech Ltd is looking for a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team, working across a range of commercial sites nationwide. We welcome applications from experienced service and maintenance engineers, installation engineers, or those with experience across both disciplines.

The Role

Depending on your experience, your work will include:

  • Planned preventative maintenance of air conditioning systems.
  • Fault finding, diagnostics and repairs.
  • Installation, replacement and commissioning of equipment.
  • Working on split, multi-split and VRF/VRV systems.
  • Completing accurate job reports and communicating clearly with customers and the office.
  • Working independently and alongside other engineers to deliver safe, high-quality work.

Essential Requirements

  • Relevant hands-on experience in air conditioning service, maintenance or installation.
  • Valid Category 1 F-Gas qualification.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence.
  • Must successfully pass police vetting to access sites where this is required. Employment is subject to successful completion of the required vetting.
  • Reliability, good communication and a professional approach.
  • Pride in your workmanship and a practical approach to solving problems.
  • Willingness to travel nationwide and stay away when required
