Overview The Senior Aircraft Charter Services Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing global charter operations, ensuring high standards of efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance. This strategic role oversees procurement and vendor management, driving cost-effective solutions and aligning charter services with business objectives. Provides strong leadership to develop and mentor operational teams, while also managing budgets, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinates with international teams and cross-functional departments which includes sales, logistics, and customer service—to deliver seamless and exceptional client experiences. Additionally, the role involves overseeing fleet integration strategies to enhance operational versatility and monitoring market trends to ensure charter offerings remain competitive and responsive to customer needs.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage global aircraft charter operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high service standards.
- Develop and execute procurement strategies for charter aircraft, negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.
- Oversee the integration and convergence of various aircraft types to streamline operations and enhance fleet versatility.
- Coordinate with international teams to ensure seamless global operations and adherence to regional regulations.
- Implement operational best practices and continuous improvement initiatives across charter services.
- Monitor market trends and customer demands to align charter offerings with business objectives.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards

Qualifications Education
- Bachelor's Degree (required)
Experience
- 10+ years Logistics Industry experience and Charter Services (Required)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to effectively use MS Word, Excel, Power BI
- High Strong oral and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and organization skills
